Hey Jessica,

I think this topic is always a good one because it just provides further ideas behind something every SEO should be using to simplify the process – especially for large or enterprise size clients.

That said, I’d love to see some examples (either downloadable or via screenshot) related to the templates you suggest. I’m always curious to see how others lay out their excel or word docs, how they color code specific items, etc.

Have any examples to share?
